All our staff undergo strict NDIS Worker Screening, Police Checks, and Working with Children Checks (where applicable).

Absolutely. We understand that every participant’s needs and routines are different.
We offer flexible scheduling, including part-time, overnight, weekend, and short-term supports.
Our care plans are fully customised to your NDIS goals — whether you need daily personal assistance, community participation, or occasional respite.

Our team provides regular progress updates, and participants or family members can contact us anytime by phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
We also collaborate closely with your support coordinators, plan managers, and allied health professionals to ensure your care stays consistent and effective.

Our staff are trained to respond quickly and professionally in any emergency.
We follow established emergency and health response procedures including:

  • First aid and CPR support

  • Contacting medical professionals or emergency services when required

  • Immediate notification to family or support coordinators
    We also maintain up-to-date participant health and safety plans for proactive risk management.
